Traditionally, Milan is my favorite fashion week and this year was no different. Well, with fashion houses like Prada, Armani, Dolce & Gabbana and more, it’s hard not to find something to your liking. Plus, from my experience it tends to be more fresh in vibe then the other fashion weeks.
Antonio Marras
Bally
They presented a very wearable collection. I can picture myself going to work in any of these ensembles.
Dolce & Gabbana
I had a hard time choosing examples for this one so bear with me…
Dolce & Gabbana offered a very feminine, very romantic look, which I really loved.
Emporio Armani
Ermanno Scervino
Etro
I was surprised at how much I liked Etro’s show. I am usually not into browns, but they managed to use this color in such a rich and versatile way that I found myself absolutely enjoying it.
Les Copains
Their use of jewellery really elevated the colllection to another level.
Luisa Beccaria
This show was all about the 40’s – which I thought was a very welcomed change after dozens of 70’s inspired shows we watched in recent weeks.
Marni
Prada
The clothes were nice, but OMG just look at those accesories. The gloves. The shoes. The bags. We certainly are in Italy.
Salvatore Ferragamo
Stella Jean
Stella Jean is without a doubt my favorite young designer. And while her show was not as perfect as her Spring 2015 show, there was still plenty of The Haitian influence and Roman elegance I loved so much on her previous works.
Trussardi
